"We chose to stay at Eagle Crest primarily because my partner is an avid golfer. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing.
At check-in, neither front desk staff member appeared to be familiar with ADA requirements regarding service animals. I was told I would be charged a pet fee and placed in a pet-designated room, which is not appropriate for service animals. "I had a wonderful two days, staying at the Inn. My only regret was not having a room with a better view of the ocean .. one could see it over power lines, but my room in the northern building just could afford a slight vista.
I shall definitely return!"

"Room was clean, had everything we needed. It was nice and quiet but we had floor 4 room so no one was above us. The property was beautifully maintained and very peaceful. Loved all the walking paths. If I had one complaint it would be the bed was a bit to firm for me but besides that the room was perfect."
