"It was our third time staying at the Platinum Villas in Queenstown.
We love the view of the lake and the Remarkables and the quiet serenity away from the hustle and bustle of the town.
The villa has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen and quality appliances. It's very well appointed. There's lots of space and it was lovely and warm given the chilly 0 degree mornings.
The host was super helpful when our gas fireplace wasn't lighting properly and they fixed it on the same day....

"The Hilton in Queenstown is the best place to stay. We loved the very helpful staff who went above and beyond for us. The food was always fantastic and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The views from the hotel are amazing and again the staff were lovely and always ready to help. We will be coming back."

"This is quite a new hotel, and we found it very nice. All the finishings are very modern and luxurious. We had 2 single beds, and quite comfortable in it. The bathroom is especially nice and luxurious, staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to everything in town. "

"Spire Hotel was an absolute delight!
The location is fantastic, catering to both city dwellers and outdoor enthusiasts. The room was superb, offering a beautiful view, comfort, and cleanliness. The breakfast was simply amazing, and the staff treated us with exceptional personal attention and genuine friendliness."

"The staff was one of the best we have had when traveling, genuinely happy and helpful. Claire especially gave us some great recommendations in both Queenstown and Arrowtown which impacted our stay in such a positive way. Hannah at the front desk was also very helpful.
The outdoor hot “springs tubs” were great after days of skiing and the fireplace and outdoor space in the room made it extra special.
I do wish they had the Smokehouse open, but I understand it’s seasonal
