"Staff not friendly at all. we asked the staff to call the the Blue bird taxi to Bandara but he call rental car instead. When we query why he did call rental car, he ask us to call bluebird by our selves. If we can call ourself then we did not ask him to call. The staff also not welcoming. "Definitely our fault for not researching where this hotel was located. Photos appealed as it was a leafier looking hotel which is unusual for Jakarta. We had no idea (and it is not evident from the information available on hotels.com) that it was essentially in the middle of an amusement park. The excessive noise was horrendous. Loud music would start from 730am and go most of the day. Do not stay here if you like sleep. The entry system was not explained in the booking. You have to enter Ancol...

"Staff are friendly, helpful and nice. Single room is very small, no window. Hot water doesnt run, but who needs one in Jakarta? AC works very well, the single bed is comfortable, clean and enough firmness. Breakfast is good. Elevator is slow but works. Wifi at the third floor is on and off, weak signal. Safety deposit box in the room was not working: probably battery was dead, I did not use it though, I am sure the staff will replace it if I let them know. Location is great: close to the old...
