EQ Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic hotel for our stay in the city. The place was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's location is really good for the center of town and easy to access tourist spots. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view and comfy bed. The breakfast was great and had loads of options. We also had lovely room service and enjoyed drinks at the amazing Sky51 bar, which guests can access too. Thank you!

We stayed at Chateu for one night. We were welcomed like royalty. Kindest staff I have ever seen. Great room size and amenities. Everything from towels to toiletries and even the pool was organic. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Very relaxing and welcoming environment. I would visit Malaysia again just to stay at this resort.

Its quiet and serene, clean and comfy. What i didnt like, no direct shuttle, only to grand ion delemen.

It is a nice secluded location facing the South China Sea. However, service of the desk staff could be improved instead of me asking them for a welcome drink, they should expect my arrival when I check in and offer me without my family asking. Overall, a pleasant stay but the cook/food can be further improved to make our stay more satisfying. Enjoyed the 1 for 1 Matcha/Cappuccino Blended all day! Yummy !

A well kept comfortable hotel,in a good location 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants and hiking trails that can start from the hotel. Clean and well kept, with a simple but tasty breakfast. Reccomended.

Excellent place and friendly people. Liked the environment and the area. This part of the island is more for relaxing and chilling however if you came for snorkeling you shall stay on the opposite side of the island. The ferry runs only once a day so you need to check the time as I had to stay a day in the port waiting for the ferry. The ferry stops in the opposite side of the island so it would cost you 80-100 MR to get to the hotel.

I would call this Hyatt a true 5 star hotel. Magnifecent facilities and a breakfast which truely does not leave any wishes unfullfilled. The staff is realy comitted and one can feel that they love what they are doing. Only 2 things to improve dear Hyatt : Dont let guests wait till 3 pm to check in only because your rules say u can. Secondly dont insist on a ridiculously high deposit from guests who paid already advance.

A wonderful stay at a new hotel. The rooms were super clean, airy and had a great view. The breakfasts were tasty and varied. Nothing was too much trouble to cook fresh items for you. The pool is also worth visiting for a dip and a relax. The staff certainly made the experience. They were all friendly and helpful. The concierge organised our tickets for the towers and I was offered a few hours late check out for no extra fee. The hotel is only a 5/10min walk from Petronas towers. The...

It’s not the grandest of entrances to a 5 star hotel, but when you get up to the 8 floor reception I have to say everything is fantastic The rooms are fab, bed and pillows so comfortable The service by the staff is as good as anywhere I’ve been Great pool area with fab views of the towers

Every thing I liked except pillows choices didn’t meet my requirements. I prefer thinner pillows rather than bulky.
