"Location to the canal, parking, security by staff around property grounds .staff is very welcome and polite"

"Some of the staff at the restaurant were not very happy and at times I felt like they did not want to be there . Maria was amazing kind and always smiling 😍"

"We couldn't stay in this hotel because they were remodeling the pool reason why I want my money back."

"I loved everything about this hotel is a most even if is one night"

"Wonderful staff who go above and beyond "

"Too noisy from bar above. They have installed noise doors on the 2nd floor to prevent the music from the bar to get to the rooms on that floor; however, on the first floor they don’t have them. Also, the patrons from the bar go up and down the stairs all night, shouting and laughing. Having those doors can make your guests visit more enjoyable."
