"Clean room, amazing staff very helpful"

"I had a wonderful stay, facilities were very clean and nice! The staff were very helpful and polite, and I felt extremely welcomed at all times. There was a bit of construction outside but I didn’t hear it inside the building. I’d definitely come back and stay here again!"

"When turned on the TV immediately shows the hotel's channel. But you don't get useful information about the hotel, instead there is a video showing professional footballers playing games in order to score the hotel group's points - ASR. The volume is set VERY LOUD and what the footballers are doing, can only be described as Annoying Stupid Rubbish. The bed I slept in had a dip in the centre and the mattress was soft. "Nice location and great staff"

"Morning shuttle service is great"

"住宿環境可以，"

"The reception staff is very friendly, when I make a special request, they try to help even though they sometimes encounter problems so they can't fulfill my request."

"Staff is nice and helpful. Room is small and the door lock is hard to use. Tea time is nice with good food. Bathroom is kind of small for a petite person like me to move around. Overall it's a good hotel for a short stay with nice and helpful staff."

"Luas dan nyaman, lokasi sangat bagus, sangat strategis"

"An exceptional stay—M Social Resort Penang - we extended our trip and will definitely be back! We arrived early at the hotel, and the front desk agent, Tarrshini, went above and beyond to try and get us checked in early, always greeting us with a warm smile. We did run into a small issue with our room, but the Front Office Manager, Yin, resolved it immediately. She is extremely responsible and efficient, getting things sorted out in no time. Because of the wonderful hospitality, we decided to...

"I had an exceptional stay and experience at the Millen Penang!! The room was beautifully set up and superb sea facing view from the bathroom. It was an amazing experience. If there was anything to recommend for improvement, I will highly suggest to replace the soap on the basin with handwashing gel. The soap gets slimy with just an overnight use and sometimes housekeeping doesn’t necessarily always provide a new piece with subsequent stays. So with this improvement i think it will enhance the...

"We had a great stay. All of the staff were lovely and the room was clean and inviting. The buffet breakfast was quaint and had enough options to keep you content. The team were very helpful and always had a smile."
