"Stunning location, attentive staff and beautiful room. Dinner in the Brassiere was exceptional with the most amazing steak. Spa facilities were good and spotless.
Great breakfast selection and prices in the bar were very reasonable.
First visit but we will be back."

"It’s been 10 years since our last stay, as good as ever. Friendly staff, beautiful room, quiet, lovely bar & tasty plentiful breakfast. Everything you could wish for & on top of that a bottle of Prosecco & chocolate in our room for our anniversary. Perfect stay"

"A nice place. A bit worn but solid and clean. No hair conditioner so bring your own! You had to make a reservation for the breakfast buffet and if not you have to walk 5 minutes to get a coffee and muffin in the pool cafe. Overall fine"

"Really lovely stay at the Angus. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff are all friendly, and attentive.
Spa was quite basic (pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) but still lovely to be able to go for a swim. However, the area round the pool and spa needs some maintenance as there was plaster broken off walls, missing tiles and the roof has obviously had some kind of issue. "Great location for exploring Pitlochry. Stayed in a Superior Double Room with Scenic View. Our room was a ground floor, which was really close to the swimming pool, so great for going to pool in swimming costume and a towel without needing to change. Lovely spacious large room with a comfy bed. The hotel is a little run down but that is also reflected in the price, so overall I was happy with what we paid and got. Light in bathroom out but told reception and fixed quickly. Radiator towel didn't...

"If you have mobility issues, this may not be the hotel for you. Our room 214 was up 3 flights of narrow stairs.
Housekeeping needs to do a Thorough cleaning more often. I'm not a fan of seeing cobwebs in the corners of the floors.
The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is not walkable into town.
Everyone we talked to said it was one of the best hotels in town."
