Cari Hotel di Filipina

"Great"

"The property and rooms very very clean and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful."

"Room is clean, staff are helpful, breakfast is ok, need more American food selection, didn’t get the room that I was looking for."

"My stay was very brief and I was unwell for most of it but the room serviced meals/ drinks were very nice. The rooms are kept in a very immaculate order. Staff are promptly addressing concerns and may be a bit slower at certain times when it's crowded but are always in a pleasant mood. Only concern would be the room soundproofing may need an upgrade. Other than that it was a good stay."

"Very good stay, not far from the airport. WiFi worked well, and the rooms are comfortable."

"Imagine waking up every morning to seeing the ocean just a few steps from your bedroom window. well here you can do that at Paolyn. This is the only houseboat I know of in all of Palawan, were you sleep right on the water. You can get up every morning, and jump right into the water for a quick wake up swim and best of all, the water is crystal clear and you can see all of the marine life around you. Each morning is different, you might wake up and see different fish that you didn't see before or...

"Excellent service, very nice room, delicious breakfast"

"Staff are great but the room we had wasn’t that great, air conditioning is not working. My niece room has problem with sink. I wish they can improve their rooms."

"I have always stayed here and I will continue to always book with Hennan"

"We had a comfortable & enjoyable stay for 7 days just to rest & eat after a lengthy tour. Entire staff did excellent guest relations & were very helpful. Services used were front desk (check in/out), luggage porters, housekeeping, laundry, Pantry, Concierge, Transportation. Shout out to all for doing a good job and being courteous & polite. Will definitely stay in this hotel again."

"It was a wonderful experience! What made it even more special was the staff, who were all so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Their excellent customer service and willingness to assist made a big difference in my overall experience. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to come back again! ❤️😊"

"The room was on the ground floor & it had no sitting outdoor area. There were no other available rooms to upgrade. The aircon was a unit & at night we could not sleep with the aircon on as it was blowing on top of the bed head. The food, service, amenities were awesome. The beach was incredible and the location of the hotel was central. Wanted to extend our stay & upgrade the room but there was no availability so booked the next 8 days at the Henann Regency)which is located further down the...

"1st night late arrival room BA5 had literally more than 100 ants in the bathroom, the deadbolt did not lock, and the hot water was only warm. We were changed the next day to a very nice lagoon front room with no problems. The only minor disappointment during our stay was that breakfast buffets were only available on weekends, but we were given restaurant credits to make up for it. The staff provided excellent fast service in all circumstances. A must do is to walk around the entire lagoon path...

"Beautiful location and resort. The staff was awesome and gave top notch service. We are returning!"

"Very Disappointing Stay at Seda Hotel – Not Recommended Our stay at Seda Hotel was very disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell and was extremely dusty, which triggered our allergies. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the toilet paper appeared to have been left over from the previous guest. The air conditioner was also very noisy. The front desk staff were unhelpful. When I asked for assistance booking a Grab ride, the staff simply replied, “We don’t do that,” without offering...
