"The room was very clean and spacious but limited amenities: in house TV very limited, old coffee maker, threadbare towels,noisy air pump and broken light switch. Toilet broke while we were there but staff addressed this right away. I have had many better stays on the Island and would be hesitant to return. Not great value for what they are charging."

"This is a centrally located, beautiful building with heritage charm and elegance. We only stayed one night but imagined it would be gorgeous for a wedding venue and perfect for future stays in Charlottetown. It was immaculate with a luxurious aesthetic and we were very happy with our stay."

"This is a great hotel with kitchen and bar and breakfast option. Access to the adjoining rec centre gives you pool access and a great gym. If you are with a family great place to be. We also found the staff to be great. We found the bed to be uncomfortable and pillows are really soft. The shower is not well designed with a half glass wall and showering gets water all over the bathroom floor not matter what you do to prevent it. Walls are thin so bring ear plugs just in case."

"The rooms were clean, unfortunately their pool is not available for use. Breakfast is ok, would be nice if there are different variety or more choices. We have a kitchen but there is no utensils that we can use if we want to warm up food. We have to borrow electric kettke as I like to drink warm water as soon as I wake up in the morning. But overall it is a good hotel."
