"Overall the resort was great. To be even better, they need more shuttles roaming the property to transport guests to the pools and their rooms. The beach at the resort is unswimmable but Cokie is a short walk. No need to wait for the shuttle. Dining options are very limited. But, the food at the one restaurant is good. "

"Well, we all had to be moved from the 4th floor upon arrival, the rug getting off the elevator smelled like urine. The smell was nauseating. The murphy bed worked well. Once you pull it out, the space is gone that you had next to the window. The rooms sre small. It worked for us, 2 adults and an 8 year old. If you are going to have a washing machine and dryer, you have to keep it clean. It was great to have a laundromat on the property and thdy give you free detergent and you can give them the...

"the hotel was beautiful and clean but the only down side was the amount they charged me for security deposit and transportation fees once I checked in, as well as some staff wasn’t too friendly and seemed they didnt want to be bothered."
