"I liked the property because it is close to Eaton’s Beach and the Cliff Walk. The room was exceptionally clean, and the amenities were great. The parking spot is very convenient. The staff was nice too. They let me check in early."

"the staff was friendly, the room clean but generic.. bathroom somewhat outdated but ok View of harbor spectacular, had a frig and Keurig in the room plus an iron and ironing board. but no safe. Bed very comfortable, Air conditioning worked well. No room service but had restaurant on the property. Parking lot at the hotel and location right on the harbor and convenient to shops and restaurants. Only complaint would be the tv.. very limited shows, mostly local stations.. no cable news or shows.....

"We've stayed at this property before. While the property is older , the location is ideal. Right on the water. Next door to the Andrea. Beautiful views and beach. Fire pits by heated pool were great added bonus. Coffee and tea available all day! Restaurant is excellent and view from inside is also water view. Staff is awesome including front front desk to bartenders, servers and house keeping. Rooms can use some TLC but again older property and not hanging in the room all day. Bed was...

"The staff was great. We had a short stay thankfully because we also had a skylight in the room!!! What the heck? Get rid of that damn thing or just rent the room to college kids that don’t sleep. To make matters worse, it seemed like there roof mounted lights illuminating the room. We could literally read a newspaper or book at 2am with all the lights off. I’m sorry but never again for us and we stay in Newport often."

"BIBH is not worth the money if you plan to stay at the Gables Guest Suites. The room was not as advertised and was filthy…lots of spiders and other bugs. Description said there was a closet or a wardrobe, but all it had were pegs to hang our clothing on; fire equipment everywhere in the room, including a bright red exit sign that lit up the room at night.The location was perfect very close to all the attractions.
