"I was very dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room had no fresh air or fridge or safety deposit box. The room was dirty and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was no cleaning services throughout my stay. The whole property had no fresh air including the lobby and rooms. The staff were abrupt and unfriendly from check in to check out. I will not stay here again."

"Clean room ideal for staying prior to a flight the following day. Bathroom was quite compact however and the shower holder had broken so kept slipping down."

"Fantastic 1 night stay ,we used the pool which was warm and vey inviting,towels included, the room was gorgeous,mini fridge,a huge tv and led lighting, small hiccup with the air con but fixed straight away,had dinner in the restaurant great food and very reasonably priced,best part of our stay was breakfast in bed delivered to our room in the morning cooked and continental as busy parents this was an absolute luxury, highly recommend and look forward to our next stay ."

"This was an excellent hotel. It was right at terminal 4, so an easy train ride to all other terminals. It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. They gave us an upgrade without us having to ask. The breakfast was very well done. Overall, a wonderful stay at Heathrow airport!"

"Stayed on Friday 13th. Gretted by the staff on arrival, very plesent and even got us into our room early, this was around 12:30pm which was great. The car park is at a reduced rate of £15 instead of the £25 for the day but thats still mad in my opinion. Not great for someone who's paid quite alot to stay at the property overnight. Room was ok, very small, we stayed here over 10 years ago and the rooms were bigger and nicer, this room had a Premier Inn feel to it, which is disappointing...

"Nice room and clean pool and spa facilities. I've stayed here a few times, and unfortunately the main issue continues to be the staff. Aside from the restaurant manager, the service feels consistently cold and unwelcoming. On my most recent visit there were four staff members behind the spa reception desk and not one of them acknowledged me when I entered. The restaurant service was also extremely slow. The reception staff are the same, including the manager, who I believe is an Asian woman....
