As a hotel guest I would have expected to pay either at the end or had it added to my room. "I was booked into the hotel on a Friday night tried to book the Restaurant who refused to take my booking unless I provided them a phone number and email address even though they were fully aware I was booked in as a resident complained to the management on arrival who wasn’t there to take the complaint and had absolute no response from the management the next day or the same day very much doubt this is a 4 star hotel"

"The property was immaculate. ALL staff were excellent. Our room was ground floor on the main road, but traffic didn’t bother us too much. Booked B/B - the breakfast had good choices and was freshly made. Evening meal as well, as we chose to eat there too. We have stayed there before, but it never disappoints."

"Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds."

"Super clean and cosy room. It was ready upon arrival and staff was very helpful in explaining the property and pub / restaurant area. Room does not have AC but had a fan and brought another upon request, as well as blackout curtains. (For those traveling from US, not many pubs and older dwellings have AC like we do in the states). We arrived when it was above 30c) We had great food during our stay and were able to enjoy long hikes in the park and super convenient spot to our friends I the area."
