She was rude and dismissive, she wouldn't talk to us at all, not even to instruct me on paying for the deposit nor did she explain what the deposit was for. I also requested I be roomed no where near a dog, and she tried to dismiss me saying she had no way of...

"The front desk workers are you nice and helpful, although the rooms maybe a little small you get what you paid for and also you are in SF your are going to be out 90% of the day. With 4 people it was perfect the beds were super comfortable also the kitchen and lounge are 10/10. Will stay again"
