"Everything was great clean ,air conditioning was good staff was amazing even the drinks was hitting the only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the food wasn't as good as I hoped the food was just ok but the family side the buffet was better oh and I didn't like the beach it was lots of jelly fish!! But everything else was great!!!"

Mi habitación era 1er piso con piscina privada en 2 ocasiones se metieron personas al área deben rotular esas áreas como privadas. Buenas actividades , me encantó"

The pool area was nice and relaxing, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again. "This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect. "I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. "This place is closed since march 2019 due to pandemic however they are doing bookings and taking people's money. Don't bother with this. I complained and ask for refund that was denied. "
