"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. "A pousada é muito boa, bem aconchegante, os funcionários são muito receptivos e a funcionária do mês merece todo o mérito. Pontos negativos: Não tem água quente nas torneiras dos quartos (os dias são frios, estão faz diferença) e o chuveiro é elétrico e não a gás. Televisao tem poucos canais, mas achamos o canal de filmes, então é superavel. Nao utilizamos as piscinas, mas aparentam boas condições e boa conservação. Ficamos em um dos ultimos quartos, então não tivemos problemas com barulhos"
