"The room, hotel, and suhoor spread were excellent. The shuttle is a little unreliable with information not being readily available, but when one can manage to catch it, it’s a great service. It is worth noting that the walk to the Haram is quite far, around 30 minutes, and one will probably need to do it quite often given the shuttle is not always available (and if it is it doesn’t drop you very close to the Haram). Overall, excellent experience, would definitely recommend if one is willing to commute by foot to the Haram as a tradeoff for the super affordable stay."

"Staff were professional kind and caring . Room service excellent ! Clean tidy spacious room ! Reception ladies were sweet anf helpful and door man very gentlemanly taking care of suitcases with a smile . Overall a 5 star experience . 5 minute walk to Harram ! Will definately come back !"
