"The lobby was overpowered with some type of air freshener smell. The hallways and room smelled old and stale. The air conditioner was loud, the bath tub faucet would not turn off and dripped constantly. There was a pillowcase on the bed that had not been changed from the last guest. There is one person at the check in desk that is rude and impersonal. The place is surrounded by many food and shopping options though, so that’s a plus."
