"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. St. Maarten overall is absolutely beautiful! It was truly a 10 out of 10 experience. We stayed at the Sonesta Ocean Point View - Adult Only, which was the best decision! It was more peaceful, the rooms were nicer & spacious, and we enjoyed the Adult Only restaurants. "this was a fun little local hotel and restaurant it was nice cause it wasn’t a big corporate, but it was quirky and fun right on the beach. we just needed a place to sleep before flying out so we didn’t have an ocean view, if you want ocean view request one of the bungalows on the beach.

"We were at this hotel for 10 days (end of November 2025). The room was very clean. The room location was great as we faced the beach. We were on the second level which made it very convenient/walkable between the beach and the room. The kitchen in the room included everything that you need including paper towels, dishwasher soap, cleaning sponges , salt, pepper, dishes, pots and pans..etc. Hotel location was great (walking distance to many restaurants). "My husband and I loved this resort. We stayed there for our anniversary and even though we flew in the Saturday before Hurricane Irma devastated the island, the hotel and the islanders made sure we had an amazing time. The resort pools and beach are both so relaxing and feel private as there aren't resorts right next door. Tons of local shops, restaurants etc are in walking distance.
