"1st room, 303, air wasn’t working. Read 80 when I arrived and 2 hrs later it was 81. Plus tv wasn’t hooked up to any service so had to again go to front desk to get fire stick. Was moved to 301 which had air and different front desk person installed fire stick. Later after dinner wanted a shower. No hot water! When I went down the next morning I was told repairman was scheduled to come that day. Then found out the issue was known the day, or more, before I checked in. It would have been nice to...

"Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view.
The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay.
Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."

"The boardwalk is right there. Steps away from town. Shopping!!!!! Literally on the beach. OMG. Will definitely go back."

"Nice hotel, friendly staff and good facilities. Pool, bar, café and beach beds are very nice.
The rooms are okay. The first room had no window, so I was easily transferred to another room. A nice room, only the door to the next room allowed for hearing all conversations. Luckily we all were willing to adjust our volume.
All in all a nice hotel, pleasant stay!"
