"Our first room was not what we thought we had booked. It was far away from main buildings and up a steep hill. There was not a direct view of the water. We asked for a change and the staff accommodated us after one day. The room over looking the beach was great, convenient to everything with a modern kitchen with washer dryer and balcony. "

"Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view.
The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay.
Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."

"The boardwalk is right there. Steps away from town. Shopping!!!!! Literally on the beach. OMG. Will definitely go back."

"The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views of the beach. The hotel itself is in okay condition, considering its age. However, the receptionist was not only unhelpful but unwilling to offer suggestions. I did not get into my room until almost 4:00. I had to keep going back to reception to see if my room was ready. It seemed like she did not want to be there and she is the first person a guest will meet. Not a good first impression. "
