"This hotel has a nearly five hundred year history that is lovingly preserved by its friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Centrally located in Glastonbury, it is a cosy community space frequented by locals and pilgrims alike. The hotel is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink in its bar or spend the night in one of its comfortable rooms. As to whether it is haunted, well, stay the night and find out for yourself. Either way, It is a genuine pleasure."

"We had a lovely time children really enjoyed .room was basic cob webs under beds floor sticky cooker should be condemned could not use saucepans were disgusting had to go out to eat .bedding dirtiest had to buy new .most kids entertainment was closed due to no staff 4 day stay only swimming once no staff "

"The Barman, Chris I think! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He was there last thing at night and 1st thing in the morning! Always smiling and nothing too much trouble! What a pleasure to me you! Everything was of the highest standard and the breakfast was excellent! "

"Just a one night stay to visit relatives but will definitely eat at the hotel on our next visit. Great staff, very friendly and helpful in check-in and also when checking out, huge room with hairdryer, iron etc and tea & coffee. Would definitely recommend."
