"I stayed here a few years ago and it was fabulous. I think the hotel is under different management. You used to receive champagne when walking in the door and now it’s coffee or water. I was assigned probably the worst room in the hotel with extraordinary noise on both sides from staff areas. To top it off, you are charged for the coffee in your room."
