"Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable, everything in good condition and well organized. The location is also convenient for getting around and exploring the area. As a downside, the staff was not very attentive or helpful, which affected the experience a bit. Also, the breakfast could have more variety. Still, it was an acceptable stay."

Único detalle: mejorar la limpieza en habitación con el polvo, cuadros, interruptores, ventanas, ese tipo de detalles y el edredón ya merece un cambio porque se le salen las plumas. "Everything was perfect. There was a sewage smell at some point but that could have been due to circumstances outside of the hotel but it wasn’t the whole time. Staff were very polite. Pool area clean. Food delicious. Great hospitality. "

"The location of the hotel is perfect as it’s walking distance to copacabana and a great central place to be when you want to branch out to the rest of the city. The hotel had breakfast included which was a nice touch and had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a nice roof top for breaks in between the beach. Those are where the pros end.
