"I had a great experience with all the way my room was presented. All the staff were very helpful and friendly at all times.
They do an excellent job with cleaning everything up.
Definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a place to relax and enjoy themselves. "

"Très bel hôtel, pas de surprise il est similaire aux photos (les plages sont très très belles et la couleur de l'eau est malade). Merci à eux pour leur attention à propos de mon anniversaire, c'était très apprécié!
L'hôtel propose de nombreuses activités (moyennant supplément bien entendu).
Une "critique" que je pourrais émettre concerne le manque de transparence quant au prix du transport en bateau depuis Cartagena, au départ il était indiqué que l'on paierait le transport + un droit...

"Beware !!!!!! The hotel was excellent. However, the booking was wrong by Expedia and we were not the only ones( and I'm sure this is a daily occurrence)..This is NOT the airport hotel. The airport hotel has the SAME name but they added the word " grand". Thats why they offer a shuttle because everyone standing in that line thought they had finally reached the airport hotel literally across the street, just to find out that their booking is for the same name hotel but for the old closed airport....
