Stunningly beautiful. Immaculately maintained. Excellent staff. Stellar on-site restaurant. Perfect location. Gorgeous 2 bedroom suite with a private jacuzzi. A truly memorable experience even for someone who has travelled extensively. I hope to return to Colombia one day, just to stay here."

"The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property."

"Hotel Nacional is a huge, modern and impressive looking hotel, but our stay did not get off to the best start. Check in took over 40 minutes after a long flight, and there always seemed to be queues at reception. The guy checking us took 20 minutes and seemed very slow. We'd booked two junior suites rooms and had asked to be on the same floor so our kids could be near us, but were put around 20 floors apart and were told the hotel was full, which was annoying. "El desayuno y el personal excelente. Aunque no me entregaron la habitación hasta las 3pm a pesar de que estaba lista desde bien temprano. Estuve esperando desde las 7am. La bañera sin hidromasaje fue un error, no sirve. Pero el restaurante de maravilla. En fin, no le di 5 estrellas porque no me entregaron la habitación sin excusas temprano. Por lo otro, es un magnífico hotel"

"I didn't like the fact that the front desk never picked up when calling neither did room service. There were no face towels and when asked for the staff just looked at you. There was no straw's for drinking. The activity schedule was never posted. The activity that were scheduled was in Spanish so we didn't understand anything. It should be in Spanish and then repeated it in English. The food wasn't that good but okay."
