"The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property."

"The hotel have 2 years and location is good. Is a solid 3 start hotel. We stay for 5 night in a Junior suite room. The room needs improvement, don't have enough storage for clothes, the bathroom don't have any place were put your bath towels inside. Two complementary water just when arrive. The hotel apparently need more staff capacity in the housekeeping department, the room cleaning was at 5pm on average never early thanh that. We arrive at 1440 and the staff toll us need to wait until 3 pm....

"Really enjoyed my stay at OZ Collection Cartagena! The hotel is very clean, modern and everything feels new. The location is great and very central, which made getting around easy. The breakfast and food were great and the staff were SUPER friendly and flexible. I also really liked the table games in the lobby, such a fun and nice touch. Overall, a great experience. 10/10 and would definitely stay here again!"
