"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mi experiencia en Hotter Calle Flora by Jalo fue simplemente espectacular. 5 estrellas en todo: servicio, limpieza, ubicación, ambiente y atención. El lugar tiene un concepto moderno, elegante y súper acogedor. El personal fue extremadamente atento desde el primer momento y siempre estuvieron pendientes de cada detalle. Las habitaciones impecables, cómodas y con una vibra increíble. La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de Medellín, con excelentes spots, restaurantes y vida nocturna...

"Beautiful resort on a pristine private beach with warm clear ocean water, highly recommended! The room was clean , the bed very comfortable with an ocean view. The food at the 3 restaurants was all delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside is the road from Santa Ana to the hotel is very rough for at least 15-20 minutes. Hopefully that will be upgraded soon. A quiet tropical oasis and a highlight of our trip to Cartagena!"

"The room was clean and the air conditioner worked extremely well. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. The beach views off the balcony were stunning. There’s 24h security and you need key cards to access each floor above the lobby. We felt very safe and comfortable staying here."

"Our stay was great !! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was included and everything was delicious. The rooms were nice but smaller than expected. The outdoor patio was cute. The area was lively and close to everything but I would be careful walking around at night ."

Breakfast was excellent. The roling toaster need some fixing. Not hot enough. Very noisy people talking loud and screaming loud till 4am. Clientele has no respect for others Overall 3/10. Not coming back."
