"My trip was last minute purchased as a quick getaway. A good deal and only a few hours from home.Property layout was a bit confusing.Adequate amenities.My issue lied in a domestic disturbance that disrupted my stay over the course of 8 hours in the vein of my walls being slammed, screaming, slamming doors in adjacent accommodations.I reported issue after being kept up until 4am and attempting to diffuse situation myself.Slamming ensued again at 6am.I reported to desk and was told a report would...

"The front desk people were very slow and confusing. Apparently only one of the two people knew what they were doing but she wasn’t very friendly. No one answered the phones when we tried to contact them because housekeeping skipped our rooms the second day and we had no clean towels. The pool areas and the beach access were very nice. There was a lot of construction going on and machinery noise at night. Overall, it was okay but we will probably try somewhere else next time we visit."

"We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. My second thing was being a coffee person, there was no kerig in this particular villa so we would go to check in. Last day they said there...

"Great location! The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming at check-in. The room could have used a little more attention to cleaning, and the back outdoor area could be better maintained. We stayed four days before the big country music festival, so the area was very busy and noisy with workers and vendors setting up right next to the motel. "Definitely will stay here again! Overall, everything was amazing. The room was very nice and clean, the view was perfect, you never run out of things to do! Perfect location to be at. All the staff were very kind and work so hard! Make sure to bring your own blanket, our beds only had sheets,also it sucked that the slides in the pirate ship area were closed most of the time."
