"The AC did not work in our room despite the service man coming two times to try and fix it. The person that cleaned our room left the lock on the door fixed and our room was open for the entire day with all our valuables inside. Meals are super expensive!! $30 for the buffet! Not impressed with this supposedly 4-star hotel. We cancelled our room for an additional night when we came back from traveling and booked at the Aloft for $75 cheaper and way better experience."

We had an elderly family member staying alone for a day, and the staff went above and beyond, from a smooth check-in and escorting them to the room, to assisting with breakfast and lunch.
