"Everything was exceptional!"

"Breakfast was really good"

"The room was spacious and the exterior grand. The hand held shower did not work as it was fixed and not movable."

"Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend paying for the Horizon Club and breakfast. Both exceptional! Lovely, helpful staff. We couldn’t fault our stay."

"We had the best stay here- we regretted not staying for longer. We arrived 8.30am and Ammar at reception gave us an early check-in free of charge which was the best start for our mini moon. The complimentary treats were wonderful and made us feel at home. The Spa treatment was one of the best ever had - we had the best sleep ever after a long flight. The breakfast was phenomenal - especially the ghee roast dosa and vada, sambar and chutneys. We wish we could have stayed for longer."

"Great property near to airport and good service"

"Hotel is fine, all the staff should be fired, they are lost in completing with the west! Not possible."

"A very professionally run hotel, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel is clean and located centrally, close to rail station. However surprisingly no noise was heard during the night, I had a very peaceful sleep."
