"Large clean room with sofa bed and a double bed. Small fridge and hairdryer. Large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shower floods bathroom everytime due to not having a door/screen to floor meaning you have to use 3 towels on floor to stop this, bad design in my opinion. Breakfast was your normal buffet restaurant, nit a lot of gluten free options avaliable, asked for some gluten free bread and was handed one small slice. "A different take on a traditional hotel. Modern and nice interior features. 1st impressions were good. Greeted on arrival. Check in was smooth and easy. Advised on how to use the lift with key card and breakfast. Offered an option to dine in and a welcome drink. Room was generally clean. "Very poor 'welcome' from the receptionist. She seemed miserable and dis-interested. She also could not find our pre-booked details initially and then when she did, tried to charge us an additional £75 even though we had paid in full. On the plus side, the room was very good.
