"We normally stay here when we travel to Spokane for sports and such, generally we have no issues, this time however, the room smelt like poo and we couldn’t tell where it was coming from. Also, all the rooms around us were smokers, so we constantly had second hand smoke smell coming in. Overall though good experience during a trying time for Spokane, there’s grace! "Place seems pretty new. Easy access to the airport. We had breakfast at the restaurant.. it was good, service was good. Only negitive thing was the bed was a little hard, but normal for most hotels."

"My room on 11th floor had windows that didn’t shut all the way and they let in train and traffic noise all night long, and a weird looking bug. Expected better. They charged me a $55 fee that they said would come off my account but still hasnt"

"The room was very clean and we had bath towels, we needed to ask for hand towels. The staff was very nice. The property looked clean. There was plenty of parking. This pool was very small and not maintained well at all. Breakfast was small, but complete. I would stay there again."

This should be clearly stated before guests make a reservation, as it is important information for families with children. Unfortunately, our experience was also affected by cleanliness issues.
