"Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait quite awhile. There were never cookies in the lounge; always an empty try.
Ran out of in room coffee packets and hotel said they didn’t have anymore.
They brought blankets and sheets to the sofa bed upon request but only one pillow.
Rooms were ok but just need a deep clean to get all the sand out of them.
Hotel rooms inside ok, but outside needs updates with rotting wood.
Stag just weren’t friendly. The young guy in the evening was nice but the...

"I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel manages to stay in business. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this place is long overdue for a complete overhaul—starting with the room bathrooms, which were an absolute disaster. Poor water pressure, inconsistent drainage, flushing that looked like they hadn’t been updated (or properly maintained) in decades made even the simplest routines frustrating.
The rooms themselves felt stuck in another era—and not in a charming, vintage way....

"Close to beach. Seaweed a problem but taken care of daily if not creates an odor. Few bugs taken care of by the exterminator. Roaches. Was told this condo had been closed up. S Overall the stay was nice."

"I’ve been going to St Croix for 12 years and need to advise that if you’re looking for a 5 star luxury hotel / resort; you’re on the wrong island; goto St Thomas. Hotels here are mainly historic / small, which keeps with the island. With that said I loved staying at this hotel. It’s 300 years old; very clean, in the heart of everything, just feet from the restaurants / shops / water. The manager is on site. Being historic, if you stay in the top floors you must walk the stairs. I stayed in...

"I can’t wait to see the hotel finished and restored. We have been coming there for over 20 yrs. My ex-husband is from St.Croix, we know how beautiful the property use to be.
The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We love the beach. "

"First time at this property and loved it! Two pools, beautiful beach, excellent restaurant, bar. All workers are super friendly. Lounge chair covers & beach towels supplied.This is a laid back resort. Simple " island" breakfast provided. Snorkel gear, kayaks, cooler, ice provided. Frederiksted is easy walk. Rent a car to check out the rest of the island"
