"The Inn is wonderfully quaint and charming, with an onsite bar and restaurant serving up delicious American cuisine. The rooms are cozy and beds are so comfortable. The staff and owner, A.K.A., the Chief COW (Creator of WOW!) — went out of their way to make us feel welcome. 5 Stars all the way!! We can’t wait to go back!!!"

"I checked in late in the evening and only stayed one night. The AGM checked me in, she was very kind and attentive even though it was so late. I had a king room on the first floor, it was clean and comfortable. Room service knocked an hour before checkout to see if I needed anything before heading out. Checkout was also smooth and the morning staff was just as kind as the night before. I slept past breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food selections. I would stay here again and recommend. "

"Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time....

"Pros: Staff was very helpful. Rooms were large. Cons: No weekend breakfast buffet even tho advertised. Housekeeping failed to make up beds although they cleaned the bathroom. Close to interstate very loud -ask for a room not facing the interstate. "

"24 hr airport shuttle- we had a really late flight and the shuttle was prompt, the staff friendly, and the room spacious, comfortable, and clean. We also had a late flight out and the staff held our luggage, shuttled us to a shopping area with a movie theater to spend our spare time, came back to pick us up, gave us cookies, and dropped us back to the airport. I would give more than 5 stars if possible! Thanks so much!"

"We stayed here on our way back home from a trip to New York. At first we were hesitant to spend a little more come here instead of a place along the expressway, but we experienced such a relaxing evening and night that it was well worth it and I’d do it again. The hotel is very pretty. It smells so fresh. The view along the river was tranquil. The rooms were so spacious. "Room was DIRTY and the sheets were dirty and stained upon inspecting when we first checked in!! We did not stay, we checked out and asked for a refund and they denied my requested . My 7 month old was with us too."

"The shower did not function to full capacity. There was just a light steam of water coming out of shower head. We heard other guest saying the same with their showers as well. Was given a number to call for cmplaints but nothing was done to solve the situatiuon."
