Cari Hotel di Thanet District

"Liked - location, helpful staffs, size of room and parking Dislike - building a bit dated and need renovation, room very basic but clean, room advertised as having a balcony, but this was a Juliet balcony as there was no room to sit outside. The hotel is dog friendly, but we had to move table at breakfast given there were several dogs at the next table making a bit of noise and hairs all over carpet, perhaps people with dogs should have separate seating given there is enough space. "Charming suites with serene views and impeccable amenities. Topped it off with exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!"

"Check-in process at the Pub opposite the accommodation block was easy and straightforward. The staff were really friendly. The location was good - really close to a shopping centre if that's your thing."

"Clean room and breakfast"

"Was easy to get to and great parking on site and the rooms were clean and tidy."

"Clean room and not far from city and station & beach"

"Lovely, comfortable stay. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent."

"Great value traditional B&B. Spotless room and comfy bed. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was decent - fresh coffee was amazing! Have already booked another stay!"

"The perfect stay...room, location, breakfast, staff, value for money - all first rate. Would definitely return again."

"Let me say the breakfast offered by this hotel is substantially far better than any. I have experienced in another hotel anywhere so far. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. It is uncanny. It was exactly the location we wanted right by the beach. If we were going back to Margate, we would definitely come back."

"We have just stayed at The Albion Hotel in Broadstairs, we really enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat. The hotel is right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops, and sea front. It was lovely having a walk along the sea front in the sun this morning very relaxing. The breakfast was lovely and the room has tea & coffee facilities, everything we wanted on our weekend away loved it. Thank you"

"Great, modern hotel. Favreau room and location. Right in the heart of the Old Town. Check in and keys are all online via an app. First time, I use a staff less hotel but it was all very smooth. Highly recommended"

"Check room/bed amenities before leaving ours was in bad shape and not noticed until we returned"

"Lovley staff and good location. Continental breakfast included. Not a lot of choices but adequate."

"I loved my stay at The Beetroot. Michael was really helpful, and lovely to meet; he also gave me an early check-in which was great. Sam who was doing work around the car park was also really nice and really helpful. The room itself was perfect - comfortable bed, great selection of teas and I loved the decor of the bathroom. The location was perfect, too - so close walking distance to everything: restaurants, cafes, the beach, and all the tourist attractions. I only wish I could have stayed...

"Birchington-on-Sea is a small seaside town with a pleasant beach at Minnis Bay overlooking the Thames Estuary and the Reculver Towers further up the coast where the bouncing bombs were tested. There are a number of buildings from the interwar period or inspired by them but the jewel in the crown is the Twentieth Century Bed and Breakfast. The owners, Kat and Spencer are true aficionados of the period and is demonstrated by their commitment to the renovation of the property and the interior...
