Cari Hotel di Distrik Thiruvananthapuram

"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"I cannot complain about this hotel stay at all. Our room was cleaned daily to perfection all room condiments where topped up daily. We had a full seaview room so the view of the Arabian sea was amazing. Sunset was fantastic.staff members was very polite and friendly. We had a couple of Ayurveda massage treatments. Very good it was. And also I need to mention the food in the restaurant's was absolutely amazing,it brings your taste buds back to life. We also had a couple of massages at the ocean...

"We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. I would like my money back based on inaccessible beach. Rest of the resort amenities are good. The SPA is amazing. Food is good and the staff are super...

"Amazing location on the north cliff, next to three excellent restaurants - a beautiful beach viewpoint. The room was very spacious, bed comfortable, with good air con and wifi. Serviced well as needed. Staff helpful and responsive. Fridge and kettle provided. The only suggestions would to be provide a hairdryer and it really needed more plugs."

"It's a well maintained boutique hotel. The food is very tasty and the staff are very polite and helpful. We were upgraded with a huge family room with a mezzenine floor."

"Large water front area, good walkways, beautiful garden and relaxation area. Breakfast spread was impressive. Altogether, a nice experience."

"For the price I couldn't really grumble and the staff did try to be helpful, but a few things to note: 1. The hotel looks tired. It was being worked on whilst I was there and that was part of my problem: the incessant noise, the smell of paint/varnish and the fact that on one day they decided to repaint all 3 sun beds leaving me with nowhere to sit by the pool 2. The sunbeds are vinyl cushions because of rain, but on a hot day you will burn yourself trying to sit or lie on them. 3. The floor in...

"The rooms are small for the anount they charging."

"Good rooms excellent view but reception not very flexible about payment though they have my card details ."

"It is nice"

"Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. Although the property is located a little away from the main area, once you arrive, it feels like you're staying at almost premium resort surrounded by beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was decent and met our expectations. What truly made the experience special was the incredibly talented, warm, and attentive staff. Their hospitality left a lasting impression on us. Overall, the property checked every box we were looking for. We had...
