"The staff where rude apart from the painter maintenance man who was very nice Would never stay there again it is the worst Hotel I have stayed in in 20 years and I travel the world and pay GBP 12 per night the Holiday Inn charge you that for Parking your disabled Car"

"Don't be deceived by the ongoing work to refurbish the property. Our room although a little dated was very spacious and clean with great views overlooking the River Thames. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room would benefit from having air conditioning.Food in the restaurant was freshly cooked. The wifi was very good. All in all good value for the money paid"
