"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...

"Very nice studio that we stayed in for one night. No A/C though and the fans were not of much help. I guess it is an unfortunate coincidence with the heatwave. The studio looks towards a beautiful courtyard and the residence is just a couple of minutes from the main attractions in the city. Highly recommend."

"The bed was comfy but not level so I kept sliding to the edge. The sperate toilet did not have a basin, but there’s plenty room for one, so that was a thumbs down, as you can’t wash your hands before opening the door, as the shower and sink were next door. Bit like public toilets, which is why I try not use them. Didn’t get to use the pool again as too many people in there! As it’s quite small. Restaurant has nice food."

"Very nice, staff was friendly and helpful. The room for families was really fun and the kids loved the two levels. Perfect location too. Just the pool area - the smell was so intense and chemically (the whole floor level), I couldn’t spent much time down there. Aside from that, everything was great!"
