"Our rooms were disgusting, so much so that we ended up not paying. There was a new manager one week into his job, he was very apologetic but could do nothing about the multiple issues. The room was full of insects, furniture falling apart, we had a lamp with no electric cable attached, it looked like the rooms had been added to the building at a later date and work was still going on. The stairs up had electric wires hanging out and dangerous drops where railings should be protected by nailed on...

"An amazing place to stay! Rooms are comfortable and clean with great facilities including a delicious food at their restaurant and a relaxing pool. The staff set up a great full day safari for us with meals included. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. "

"Really nice people working there, they organized a great safari for us!!! Reccomend you do it through them. It’s obviously a bit buggy and hot but that is expected and not their fault! The grounds are really pretty and everything felt clean! Tissamaharama really has nothing going on except the safari so it was nice to stay at a place that had a nice green surrounding. Nice balcony. One of the guys that worked there took us on a drive around the lake the night we got there which was also AMAZING....

"Had trouble at first with staff saying booking didnt go through so had to contact hotels via X to sort out. The one staff was a great guy, so freindly and helpful, i was in the area to visit national park and he arranged this for me. Only problem with hotel is internet did not work, and no phone reception in that area either. "
