Cari Hotel di Trinidad dan Tobago

"Very clean and well laid out. No elevator. Parking limited."

"beach was excellent"

"Overall, everything was lovely, and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was nice, and the breakfast options were delicious, with a good variety to choose from. However, I did have an issue with my breakfast package that unfortunately remained unresolved. When I raised the concern with the staff, I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it because the booking had been made through Expedia. I found this disappointing, as I would have appreciated more assistance in resolving the matter,...

"The location of the hotel on the beach is great. If you get motion sickness I suggest taking something for the ride from the airport as the roads are very winding as well as steep. Our hotel room was larger than I expected (could be because of the high ceilings). However, some parts of the hotel need attention. Our toilet was very difficult to flush and one night it ran all night long. On our first night we had ants in our bathroom sink (which the front desk quickly responded to with pest...

"Lack of AC"

"#1. There is no front gate to secure the property. #2. The reception office is not facing the front of the property and it is very hard to find it. #3. The room only have one key and if you lose it they will charge you $150.00US. Insane. #4. The room have no closet and hangers. #5. The faucet in the Bathroom is loose and move when you turn it on. #6. The Bathroom needs an exaust fan because it fogs up and stays very humid. #7. The breakfast is white bread, eggs ahd vienna sausages (not local)...

"An overall nice experience Pros :- friendly staff, nice view of the ocean was able to see the ferries go and come from my room (take a top floor room), nice toiletries, if you traveling with the ferry it's close to the port, good value for money if you take the breakfast package, rooms were clean and towels changed daily, friendly staff (Joseph and Tess), has its own resturant and was convenient. Cons :- was far from the airport and many of the eating places, need a car to move around , hotel...

"Highly recommend."

"I booked with Brix, somehow the date stated a day before my stay( a mistake that wasn’t made by me) when I got there I only realized the error. The guy at the front desk went for the manager. A woman of African descent came over. She came with attitude and was very rude, telling me the date was for the day before and I cannot stay which means also I can’t get a refund. She said she can check if there was any rooms available and I would have to pay again. I declined and took my money where it was...

"We loved the location."

"The room and bedding was not very well cleaned and there was roaches."

"This property is very well maintained. The room was lovely. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the location as it is away from the city and surrounded by tropical birds and plants. The property is not a close walk to downtown. We took taxis, which we enjoyed, because the cabbies were friendly and gave us explanations of what we were passing. It is close to the Royal Botanical Gardens and the Zoo, which we enjoyed. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Port of Spain."

"Great for our short layover."

"The Cabana was very roomy, sleeps 3. Very clean and updated. Need to change the bathroom floors to tile, as water leaking from the shower stall raises the vinyl plank floors. Best views of the ocean, as property sits on Store Bay, very calm and beautiful beach. The breakfast was very good, but having to wait 1/2 hour for a French Toast with fruit at 7:45 am was too long. Front staff were very pleasant and helpful . Highly recommend this property for its location . Will stay again."

"Great location and good hotel"

"Although an older hotel, you can see the commitment to experience for the guests. The food was very good. The rooms were good, I was in an older room. Although I had a great view of the outdoor space, the lighting was dim, and space was a little dated. Colleagues on the other side of the hall had updated rooms (closets, lighting, bathrooms). I was comfortable, felt safe, and was fortunate to enjoy the outdoor space, the food, and the excellent service from the team members. Would recommend...

"I loved how the staff was very helpful and the room as well as the view."

"A very relaxing and quiet ambience, beautiful tropical grounds, nice breakfast, lovely small swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi and free outdoor yoga. Evening meals not very interesting."
