"I stayed in room for 4 people, 2 twin beds and 2 futon beds. Room is spacious for japanese standard and beautifully decorated. Convenience store just next to the hotel building. Walkable distance to popular Gion, Kiyomizu dera and Kodaiji temple. Everything is excellent. Thank you Minn Gion."

"Beautiful, clean, spacious room with comfy beds. Great water pressure in bath/ shower. Loved having washer/dryer in our room with laundry detergent included. Great location, 5 minute walk to Sanjo Keihan Subway station, walking distance to Gion and next to Lawson convenience store. Would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed for family of 5 in a room. The check in process is a bit confusing. But we finally figured out how to contact someone on the IPad provided at the front desk. Overall, the space and size of the place is just right. It is close to transportation and convenience store which is a plus. The cost for the value is ok, a little higher than I expected. Overall good experience. "

"Great home base for all operations in the Dotonbori area. Apartment had everything we needed and it was really nice and clean. Loved that it had a washing machine (with complementary pods!). "

From the moment we arrived Keiko provided us with exceptional service. We asked her for a recommendation for katsu and she suggested a spot on the Michelin guide. We realized it was about to close for the afternoon and without hesitation she called the restaurant and we were able to have the best meal of our whole trip."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Elize from the front desk was very knowledgeable. Nice room with a section of traditional Japanese space with Tatami, Japanese dining table and cushion seats. Space for 4 is descent. The room has washer and dryer. Has refrigerator and kitchen sink. The place is walikng distance to the train station and shopping areas. There are lots of places within the area for dining with excellent food. This place is highly recommended."
