"The view was amazing the front desk staff and cleaning crew were awesome. The restaurant staff lacked customer service, every experience with the restaurant staff was terrible. I think due to having the gratuity built it in has made the restaurant staff not care or have to try to do a good job due to a guaranteed tip. This made us leave the resort for meals due to the service being so bad. Due to this we would not stay at this resort again, I would strongly reconsider having the gratuity built into the restaurant bill."

"The staff was wonderful & our ocean view room was beautiful. Not a lot of entertainment, music, and choices for food. It was ok at best. Hotel is cashless & we were not made aware of that before we went."

"Beautiful property. Staff is extremely friendly don’t be a stranger. Love the little shop that was near the lobby. Definitely a life saver!! Will be back! Thank you for your hospitality!!! Also the AC worked so good!!!"

"Stayed at the resort for 4 nights . The room was clean . Bed was soft for my comfort. Additionally, Air conditioning was set and unable to get a remote to change the temperature to adjust temperature for ones comfort. Toilet kept running and bathroom shower pipe dripping for the duration of the stay . Hotel upkeep is poor . Notwithstanding, I took off a Bulova crystal watch , left in the room and went out the watch was no where to be found, Reported the matter to the front desk Friday evening the lady (dark complexion) . Dismissive of my report, Said the staff are not that way , To add insult they are not responsible for persons items . So if one is staying in someone hotel should they not show sow duty of care ? Should the hotel show some concern of the guests safety, should they not show some care if your personal items are safe . From since reporting the loss the hotel staff have not given any update on my watch ! The health and safety is not a concern of this hotel ."

"We did the all inclusive option. The food is delicious and the portions are large. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the beach. Actually the water at the beach, as it's all rocks"

"The view from the balcony of Magens Bay was simply amazing. The room is a great size with the 2nd bedroom being up in the loft. The kitchen was good enough for the time that we were there. The property has a coffee shop on site that was great for breakfast. There is a dinner restaurant on site too but we didn't eat there. It is a beautiful property. Would definitely stay there again. The cat sanctuary onsite was a bonus as we love cats."
