Cari Hotel di Welwyn Hatfield

"Stayed in one of the VIP rooms. However, wasn't one with the jacuzzi which seemed a little misleading based on the description. Arrived at the spa for them to have no record of us and waited for them to sort it out which considering the paying for club access is kind of a mood killer. That said the spa is nice and the treatment was fantastic. One of the upstairs shower rooms has mould on the wall which again isn't acceptable. However the venue is lovely. Breakfast was amazing, with lovely...

"We stayed in the cabin with the twin tubs for one night. It was lovely to spend time in the bathtubs watching the day turn to night and looking out over the lake. The cabin was warm, the bed was comfy and we used the kitchenette to make dinner. Having the free charging for electronic vehicles was appreciated. We’ll visit again"

"Lovely hotel. Great location Helpful staff. Delicious food."

"This is a very basic accommodation but reasonable price. Bed comfortable, shower fine, mini fridge available. Juice and cereal + milk provided. No toiletries but liquid soap dispensers in bathroom. Despite being above a small bar (pub) it was not noisy. Bedroom walls were a bit dirty - probably should be scrubbed. Otherwise clean. There are good nearby restaurants and a wonderful bakery."

"A lovely olde time hotel full of character. Ensure your expectations are ready for that and you will be very happy!"

"The room was lovely, staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was great."

"Great stay"

"Lovely dinner and staff. Breakfast is sent service continental style, so no cooked options which was a shame after the dinner. It's a 14th century pub, so lots of character and in a small village."

"Breakfast could use more of the healthy options. And hand sanitizer on entry to buffet would be a good idea."

"Good digs, lots of good pubs about."

"Staff were very helpful, couldn't do enough for you. Food was amazing Rooms very clean, a bit on the small side but worked ok for me Would definitely recommend and definitely return"

"Great location with easy access to the area. Really helpful staff. Food was well prepared and tasty. Rooms had all that you needed with some nice wee extras such as bottled water, coffee bags. Tissues toiletries"
