"I have absolutely zero complaints about this hotel. Yes the rooms are a little dated, but that is the only negative thing I have to say. The food was incredible, we ate at the Italian restaurant one night and Mark our server went above and beyond. The entertainment staff was outstanding and strived for the guests to have an amazing time. The front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and the bartenders were always in positive attitudes and having a good time. I recommend this hotel 10x over and...

"I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
