"The hotel was literally just okay. Everything was just okay and the experience is very basic. The rooms need to be updated but they were mostly clean. We were provided with some bottles of water but that was it for the daily room amenities. We were provided with a complimentary fruit plate and wine.

"I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. "The room was good, coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Bath towels left a lot to be desired. They were so thin and rough. The security was good. The food at the bar was awful. One bite and we sent it all back. Overall i would stay again."

"I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
