"This place used to be nice but now it’s a dump .. they don’t even clean the pool & expect you to swim in there with bottles and all different type of harmful stuff . No wash clothes just a towel giving that you have to keep until you leave .
I do not recommend staying here , I stayed up my last night here waiting for my flight in the morning just because I couldn’t take it here nomore ! DIRTY"

"I will sum it briefly the shower knob was loose and was afraid of pulling to hard to break went to the front desk due to phone was missing buttons to call the front desk. Someone wa sent to my room and just stated pulling a little harder even though the whole entire assembly was about to come out the wall. It was said it's not supposed to be like that but just pull a little harder. No iron was in the room again went to the front desk and had to wait until they locate a iron from another room. I...

"I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. "Property was very clean, courtyard was excellent and tropical, pool great by ocean.
LaRoc bar and grill is the only restaurant in the area but food was good and staff Ok.
Property caters to the condo owners. Hotel is a small part of the property. Restaurant doesn’t open till noon and hotel doesn’t offer any breakfast or coffee services. Not even Kleenex in the room. Room service and towels are request only. Very relaxing and peaceful though."

"I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
