"Super location right next to the train station , the door from the station direct into the hotel is very handy! Have stayed at the Queens Hotel twice now and cant fault anything - staff are really helpful in person and on the phone , and the rooms are a very good size. Beds are super comfy with lovely linens. I would definitely stay again as the rates are reasonable for the location right in City Square near the town centre."

"We got to the hotel at about 19:00 on Friday found a space in the car park easily and used the lift to reception. Check in was and quick and easy. We were on the fourth floor the room was lovely very clean and spacious. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast each morning, there was a good selection for breakfast and the staff were very polite and friendly . On a whole we had a very pleasant stay at the Clayton hotel leeds"

"Worst place with the worst attitude manager. Stayed here before we flew the next day. Spa wasn't open as work was going on. That was fine, however I ran a bath and the water was brown with lots of dirt in. Ran the shower. Exactly the same. Went to reception to be told nothing they could so. Requested a refund as this was unacceptable to be put in a room with no working water. Got £50 pound back. I wasn't happy with this so spoke to the manager the next morning who was very defensive and said...

"Clean room and the staff were nice. My hotel room was very basic and hot at night. The fan did nothing to cool the room down. Breakfast was okay but could have been better."

"Very comfortable beds. Good standard budget hotel.. Little traffic noise with window closed. Decent breakfast.Dog Friendly. Tip for dog owners...behind the hotel there is a grassed area. In the corner you'll find a path through the bushes. It leads to open countryside where you can give your dog a decent walk off the lead."

"Upon first entering the reception is nice. It looks to have had a recent refurb. The receptionist was welcoming. We were given a room on the third floor, there is a lift. The layout of the hotel was like a rabbit warren a confusing at times, but we found our way around. Upon entering the room it had a lounge, bathroom and bedroom, which would have been lovely. "Lovely situation - large room that was clean. However walking in it felt quite down at heel, a bit like a scruffy airport waiting area. We ate in the restaurant on arrival - the food was edible. However, the staff at reception and in the restaurant were welcoming and attentive."
