Cari Hotel di Yorkshire Barat

"Great hotel, staff, location and value all let down by an awful breakfast - cold, scrambled eggs that were clearly made with powdered eggs. Dry, tasteless mushrooms from a tin and stringy fatty bacon."

"Gorgeous building newly refurbished to a high standard. Staff all helpful, rooms are quite small but exactly what needed (bed super comfpy"

"The room and bathroom were reallllyyy dated but it’s an old place so fair enough. In terms of cleanliness it was okay apart from the giant spider in the bathtub but that can happen anywhere I guess it was quite a green area. The shower gel had run out so had to get that sorted. In terms of staff. the cleaning staff were lovely, and the breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the lady on reception wasn’t very helpful and didn’t even explain what time breakfast was served or...

"Grounds and building are beautiful, staff are helpful. Unfortunately the bed and pillows are horrendous. Stayed 2 nights and hardly slept both nights. I also mentioned this to the reception staff and said I would of been more comfortable sleeping on the floor and she apologised. The whole point of staying somewhere is to sleep so really all the other facilities are pretty pointless if you can’t get the main part correct. Rooms weren’t particularly clean and the bath must of been siliconed a...

"Underground parking with enough space. Good distance to the town center"

"As always I was not disappointed ! Made very welcome at Reception and remembered as a regular visitor. All very nice and comforting. The room was warm , the bathroom heated and a really huge comfy inviting bed . Our go to Hotel when visiting Bradford and just off the motorway."

"We arrived to a building that looked like a building site. The car park was full so we were told to use the overflow car park which is not easy when you have big cases. We were given the top floor room and when going to the lift found it was out of order. We had to climb four flights of stairs both days. Not a good stay! Spoke to the management who were not interested at all."

"Great stat overall"

"No hot water hot tub not working shower and toilet smells needs serious upgradeing"

"Room nice and clean, though a bit dark. No staff around at breakfast so had no clue if there were any other breakfast options beyond the buffet."

"It was nice to have a receptionist to help check in as you needed a drivers licence or passport to do so otherwise. There was a very loud party in the function room until 12.40 which kept us all awake. We did complain about the noise and had a free Starbucks but I would have preferred a proper nights sleep after a busy day. The car parking for £5 overnight must have been in the small print. Breakfast was average with staff needing reminders about what had run out. We got the feeling not much...

"Nice big room with plenty of amenities. Lovely bathroom and shower. Breakfast was great and an added bonus. Unfortunately the strong smell of damp dog in the room really spoiled the stay. We didn’t realise dogs are allowed to stay at the property as it isn’t mentioned on the Expedia description. We also had an issue with a water inlet pipe that came loose under the sink which flooded the kitchen floor."
