"There was rubbish under one of the side tables and the head boards were disgusting, the kettle would not click off unless switched off at the wall. Blinds were broken and the walls were badly in need of paint. The water did not get hot out of the tap. Staff were nice, but room was not worth the money, and breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread and a coffee machine."

"Entire property well maintained clean Breakfast buffet style seemed a little over priced Reception staff and room attendants were fabulous Spa underwhelming more akin to a gym facility which is the main use perhaps but none the less clean not crowded and convenient and good value as included in room price "

"Not used, I was unable to use the bar as there was a sporting event at the adjoining Rugby Club so the bar was too crowded."

"The hotel is undergoing a total refurb after being used to house migrants for the last few years building work was still under way whilst the stayed at the hotel . The hotel is being refurbished to a standard and is clean and tidy , food and overall service levels in the bar area need attention . Perfect place for a 1 night business trip with a good gym and pool "

"I am writing an email to complain about an incident which occurred at your hotel when I stayed on the 20/2/26 myself and my mum had driven up to pick my 4 year old up for the weekend and decided to stay at your hotel the waterside hotel during our stay we were disturbed twice by one of your fire alarms so we had to evacuate the building in doing so we all had to wait outside during a brief inspection by the fire brigade we were allowed back into the hotel and back into our rooms.
