"Check in was very easy , room was clean, room bathroom , ac worked great , young man at the front dest was great & great personality!!"

"Staff was nice and friendly. My room was clesn. The problem was noise. There was a large group near the entrance all night just playing music laughing having a party I guess. I got zero sleep. A few of them were still out there when I left a little before 4 am. The place was fine. Noise was terrible. I will never stay there again. "The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and had good a/c. I have stayed at this hotel several times with family and my Lab dog."

"Clean room. Some of the staff wasn’t very helpful. We asked for 2 extra pillows for the sofa bed in our room and he said they didn’t have any."

"This is our go to hotel in the outer Nashville area! We love it!"

"Easy access from highway, clean and well lit. Rooms are quite large"

That isn’t the hotel’s fault, of course, unless the ceilings were designed to be paper thin."

"We had an excellent experience at this hotel. They gave us a gift bag of water and a bagel for breakfast. It was thoughtful, and I appreciated it! I also really liked the lady who checked us in."

"The front desk staff member who checked me in was exceptionally friendly and professional—easily the best service I’ve experienced during my many stays here. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, noise remains a consistent issue for me at this location. Between constant door slamming and heavy footsteps overhead (possibly related to pet-friendly rooms), the sound was so disruptive that I barely slept. Since I’ve encountered this noise across multiple stays—regardless of whether my...
