"Room we clean and had space. The swimming pool with the booking system worked really - we really enjoyed it. Breakfast - we couldn't fault it, loads of choice excellent quality and service."

"Pretty faultless even without a window! The hotel had a great feel to it. Reception had a cool vibe and one evening they had a cheese and wine evening. Very central. Clean. Long stay parking less than 10 mins away. I'd definately stay again. Bravo to the team running the place 👏👏👏"

"Check in took a long time as everyone turned up at 4pm. Room had no window so I was disappointed as I wanted to be able to see out of the room and have the option to get some fresh air. Bed linen and towels were good quality so were the toiletries. Bed was a little soft for my liking but I prefer a firm mattress. Quiet hotel centrally located."

"Lovely view of the lake from our room. Room was spacious. Cleaning lacked attention to detail - there was dust on the shelves by the kettle. The shower gel had been watered down. I wouldn’t eat in either of the restaurants if I stayed again. Food was overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was very busy and only one coffee machine for decaf coffee so had to wait quite a long time to access the machine Staff were friendly. "

"The cleanliness was awful. The room smelt terrible, there was mold by the windows. The toilet had yellow stains. There was haur in the bath. Clothes were still left in the cupboard. The shower didnt ket you change the temperature. The continektal breakfast consisted of cheese and ham. Despite all this, the staff were lovely and the view was amazing. The restaurant only had one member of staff, but she was super helpful."

"Alles war soweit in Ordnung, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein bisschen schnell beim abräumen des Geschirr' s beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück an sich war lecker,aber ein bisschen abwechslung hat gefehlt, jeden morgen das gleiche essen. Im ganzen hat die Unterkunft aber seinen zweck erfüllt"

"Traditional old establishment with many original features. Clean room, breakfast good, staff very polite and helpful. Having parking in bath was a plus. The location is also good proving the opportunity to walk down to the town, with the option to walk back or take the bus which stops right outside the door. Will we return - YES"
