"I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here."

"The Front desk staff member was less than welcoming, especially compared to all other Hilton Hotels we have enjoyed. He was hunched over a nearby bar counter and wondered over after we arrived at a vacant check-in desk, then muttered an unenthusiastic welcome. The same experience with him at checkout.
